Pre-Commissioning checklists online

Today I added commissioning checklists to the download area. The Word file contains pre-commissioning checklists for the following equipment:

  1. Agitator
  2. Blower
  3. Column
  4. Column (packed)
  5. Drum / Vessel
  6. Fan (air cooled FD)
  7. Filter (sand)
  8. Heater (fired)
  9. Pump (proportional, metering, reciprocating)
  10. Pump (centrifugal)
  11. Reactor
  12. Tank
  13. Turbine (steam)

    Hi, I would like to know more on the pre-com and commissioning after the construction phrase of a plant (petrolchemical). More towards leak test, drying, steam blowing, nitrogen purging etc…
